- Confidentiality, security responsibilities, disclaimers, indemnity, liability, and termination.
- Governing law and dispute process.
Pricing incorporation
Every production rate card should have an effective date and immutable identifier. The terms should explain how included usage, overage, hard caps, credits, and rate changes apply.
