These are not operative terms. Production terms must reflect the actual service, support, warranty, pricing, data rights, security, and liability model.

Prototype status

This package is a design and product prototype. No account, paid service, SLA, warranty, or commercial license is offered through the website prototype.

Required production sections

  • Legal entity, eligibility, account authority, and acceptable use.
  • Service description, preview features, changes, and availability.
  • Fees, meters, taxes, spend ceilings, credits, refunds, and disputes.
  • Customer data rights, licenses, exports, deletion, and model-provider boundaries.
  • Confidentiality, security responsibilities, disclaimers, indemnity, liability, and termination.
  • Governing law and dispute process.

Pricing incorporation

Every production rate card should have an effective date and immutable identifier. The terms should explain how included usage, overage, hard caps, credits, and rate changes apply.

Review the product before drafting the contract.

Commercial terms must follow the implemented product, operating controls, data flows, pricing, and support model—not precede them.
